“ Great food! The service was phenomenal. Love the cozy atmosphere. The garden is also great at night. Sadly I wasn't able to sit out there for dinner, but I'll definitely try it out next time ”

“ I've lived on the east side of the county for over 40 years and this was my first visit here. And it was for a baby shower! Such a beautiful place. The gardens were a delight as we walked into the venue from the parking area. Roses, peonies and more! The inside was as much a treat for the eyes as the garden was. Hunt country with flowers and ambient lighting, pictures of "the hunt" decorate the walls as much as vines, florals and old wood. What a beautiful treat! Our food was a buffet of brunch style foods, all very well prepared and hot. (Can I rave about the almond French toast!!!) Fresh fruit, quiche, French toast, sausage, salad, bacon and my personal favorite......... croissant!!!!! Oh, my happy dancing heart!!!!! Desserts were off the chart! Everything was perfect. Definitely a place I'd love to come, another day, for a meal. The bar is dark, old wood......and cozy. I'm intrigued. I will be back. ”

“ Charlotte's is not simply fine dining, it's an experience. The venue is simply beautiful. If you are looking for someplace to have a wedding, this would be on top of my list although I'd expect to pay top dollar. They have a beautiful banquet room for weddings along with another large dining room for larger, private, gatherings But back to our experience. They start you out with warm, fresh bread. The waitress apologized that they had left the bread in the oven a bit too long and it was a bit crispy. She didn't want us to wait and said fresh bread would be on the way. Shortly after we started on the crispy bread, she brought out the properly warmed bread. We loved both! We then had their filet mignon and their double cut pork chop. Both were absolutely mouth watering. The presentation was in a league of its own. It looked so nice I didn't want to eat it. But once I got started I couldn't stop. It was beyond delicious. Dare I say it ranks among my top 5 restaurants of all time. For dessert we had the homemade berry sorbet and the flowerless chocolate cake. Again, out of this world with a presentation to match. The restaurant has a large, cozy, fireplace, beautiful accent lighting, French doors and beamed ceilings. The same is true for the bar area. It's really a site to behold. If you want to REALLY impress someone on a first date, take them here. This is an excellent anniversary restaurant as well. I'm using these as examples as this is not the kind of restaurant one could afford to go to everyday. It's not crazy expensive, but certainly up there yet worth every penny. I do not like going to the same restaurant twice, but this is one I will absolutely revisit. Charlotte's gets my highest recommendation. ”

“ Charlotte’s is just the coziest spot, especially in the fall. The food was delicious (the calamari was perfect), and everyone there is so warm and friendly — they really do treat you like family. Such a great place for dinner when you want good food and a comfortable vibe. Also, the bartender is super handsome — definitely doesn’t hurt . ”

“ We had the most wonderful birthday dinner at Charlotte’s! The restaurant has such a charming old-school, romantic vibe—beautifully decorated in a cozy, vintage country style. We started with drinks at the bar: a black currant French martini and a mango margarita—both absolutely delicious. For dinner, we shared juicy crab cakes full of flavor, an incredible split pea soup with deep umami notes, rich and creamy loaded mac’n’cheese, and the most tender lamb shank served over mashed potatoes—falling off the bone and perfectly seasoned. The service was genuinely friendly and welcoming. We even had trouble getting cell signal to order an Uber, and to our surprise, the owner kindly offered us a ride back to our Airbnb nearby. That level of hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. Highly recommend Charlotte’s for a special occasion or a romantic evening out—you’ll be well taken care of. ”

“ We had the pleasure of eating for the first time at this charming restaurant. The flower gardens and ambience were amazing. We shared a delicious crab cake appetizer. Then we had a seafood crepe filled with lucious crab, scallops & lobster,,,,,and clam linguini topped with about 15 scrumptious fresh clams. To top it off we somehow made room for moist raspberry cheesecake. I highly recommend visiting this fabulous restaurant in Millbrook, NY. It's well worth it ”
